The next release is taking a while to come together in between work & other projects, but it's progressing well.

It'll include some fixes for certain real retro hardware (e.g. the SB16 output levels getting reset), and hopefully the new AI difficulty option.

• NOTE: As an interim workaround for the SB16 mixer issue, clear your BLASTER variable before running WCAT!

I'm also investigating the possibility of adding support for more advanced joystick protocols (e.g. ThrustMaster, CH Products, Sidewinder), but I'm not sure yet which of these - if any - are possible... Fingers crossed! This is mainly for real hardware - you can use DOSBox's mapper (Ctrl-F1) to map things however you want, including mapping extra stick buttons to keyboard keys and such.

I've also made strides on support for other European languages (based on work from existing mods), but I'm not sure if this will arrive during beta or post-1.0 at this stage.
